With the aim of managing an assertive reputation in response to each client’s needs, in Dattis we follow a 5-stage work methodology:
Research
We conduct an in-depth research to analyze all available information, as well as all the required corporate reputation studies or surveys. We collect all necessary elements to objectively assess the situation, based on the principle that intuition does not lead to good communication.
Diagnosis
Using the collected information, we undertake a diagnostic that defines the Critical Issues of the Business. Meaning, the factors that might put the company’s reputation and current or future operation at risk. They are the factors that might trigger a problem or limit the development of a strategic project.
Strategy
The third phase sets the objectives and the strategic guidelines deriving from the identified Critical Issues of the Business, in order to have a positive impact on the company’s reputation. Also, the message and ideas to communicate are defined in alignment with the communications project activities plan and execution schedule.
Execution
In the fourth phase, a team of three consultants begins with the tactical execution and provides daily accompaniment.
Evaluation
Monthly, the team of consultants follows-up on the execution in order to identify the achievements and misses of the project, providing continuity to the implementation or undertaking the necessary adjustments to any of the strategy’s components. The measurement tools that were used in the diagnostic will be applied again to track progress in the company’s reputation and perception.
