Based on its team’s knowledge and creativity, as well as on an extensive network of contacts in the media, this Area generates and executes concrete solutions, aims at contributing with fulfilling the mid and long-term objectives regarding brand positioning, differentiation and recognition of public and private entities.
It was founded in 2001 as an independent company, but the business dynamics and its synergies with Dattis led shareholders to merge the companies in 2012, keeping its team and independence in commercial and operational management.
Additionally, the area provides brand consulting services on crisis, social networks, spokespersons training and perception diagnosis.
Design of strategies to contribute with building meanings around the brand and taking its identity and perception in the public as starting points. These strategies seek to identify the current brand perception, and aim all communication efforts towards each key public and to the target message.
Design of strategies to contribute with building meaning around the brand, based on the perception of journalists and its identity. This type of strategies give answers to which is the most assertive way of communicating with the media, from the publications standpoint, and to strengthen its relationships and positioning to be leveraged as a source of information.
Design of prevention and attention strategies for critical communication situations that might affect the brand. Prevention: analysis of possible risk scenarios, establishing likely contingencies that may transcend to the media and affect the brand’s perception (Crisis guidebook). Attention: action plans to avoid a critical situation from turning into a crisis or to have large impact over the brand’s perception.
Service oriented at training executives and employees of organizations and institutions in order to strengthen their communication skills, know what to say and how to say it, and respond to different communication stakeholders (internal and external audiences) with assertive messages.
The training sessions are divided in 3 modules that combine theoretical aspects, example analysis and practical exercises.
